How can I install Home Security Motion Detector using ordinary eletrical outlet?

I have a new Home Security Motion Detector that I design to inaugurate in my driveway. The detector has unblemished/malignant wires, but I only have a equiangular charged vent that I can get power from.

It works, but not as well as the beginning.
