Superb for projects
I've been using these magnets in widget designs for my experiments in conjunction with Arduino. It's a in effect forceful magnet, and sticks fairly well even at reduce Voltages+Amps than which it's rated for (12V). I've been powering these @ ~5V 40mA with Arduino and it's not the strongest stopped, but still does and can exhibit a few pounds. Peerless scarcely grasp. I can't say much for the mounting category it comes with (it's in the final analysis meant for doors). I ended up principled mounting the magnets with epoxy, which worked marvellous.
