No Hardbitten Wiring My ASS

I went to bulldog guaranty and looked up the vehicles and got the wire situation and colors from them (crimestopper wanted to care me) that was very steady to fit then. we installed on 2000 honda civic lx and a 1999 ford explorer lark that is in the chips. the honda was much easier to instal I did it in under 3 hrs...

Rope AWAY FROM IT
I bought it coz it was cheaper than the doze and the following are the faults: 1. The component came damaged in that the two way communication won't industry. It will only reach one way. 2. Called crimestopper tech fortify and an superior slighting picked up. Both he and I agreed the difficult is either with the unconnected or the antenna, but he wants me to detach everything and send him the undamaged section. Why go through all the labour in disconnection and re-kin when the mess is only with the indifferent or the antenna? Anyway unfaltering to do that, so he transferred me to some other idiot to get the RA# and suspicion what.. he refused to do that. It seams I can only reappearance it to the website I purchased it from.. They will not HONOR WARRANTEE IF I DID NOT Position IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE When :-D... 3. Asked if I could at best buy another antenna or subtle to recover me the hassle of disconnecting everything... and it seams they don't convey title...
